• 30 gr tuna
  • 1 tablespoonful of pumpkin oil seeds
  • 10 gr capers
  • 1 anchovy
  • 20 gr cannellini beans.

Rinse the cannellini and shake them together with the anchovy and capers – you shall end up with a very creamy sauce to flavor the seared tuna with.
To sear the tuna, soak it in pumpkin seed oil on both ends on a pan, being careful in not overcooking it.
