• 4 ounces baby salad
  • 4 ounces arugula
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fat free crumbled feta cheese
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

In a large bowl, toss salad and arugula to blend greens.
Add blueberries, onion- toss to combine.
Top with feta cheese.
Toss with extra virgin olive oil and serve.
